Unbeatable combination of easy-to-print, great finish, strong durable parts, lower cost
on March 15, 2020

Between printing at home and printing at school with my 3d printing classes, I go through about 15kgs of filament a year. MP PLA Plus+ is my favorite filament of the many I have tried - an unbeatable combination of easy-to-print, great finish, strong durable parts, lower cost, full strength z-axis.
I print at 210C. Below 200C I loose z-axis adhesion (depends on color); by 220C it's starting to loose dimensional stability/accuracy.
My only negative: I have bought a couple of rolls that just didn't print normally - more like cheap PLA. I dried the rolls in the oven, and that greatly improved printing. I'm thinking it was old stock that somehow got hydrated?? Not sure why.

This has to be my favorite Filament. It prints like a dream at 210 and bed at 50. Never had any issues when printing. I even have a spool that is 2-years old, open package, and it STILL prints like brand new.

Issues with filament getting crossed
on January 13, 2020

The spool has multiple areas where the filimant is crossed and gets caught and cannot be pulled into the printer. This causes the print to continue without filament and ruins print job.

the filament is decent quality, but it keeps breaking in brittle spots, and also gets torn apart at times when going through the extruder motor.

Good choice.

It works, and I would recommend it.
I would say, my only complaint would be that the tape it shipped with was really hard to take off, and I ended up snipping about 2 inches off of the role. But, that's hardly any filament wasted, and it's likely that I am just dumb and didn't try to remove it right.
Other than that, I highly recommend buying this filament; I bought black and orange 1kg roles, and they've worked exactly as I've needed them to.
