Not compatible -Google pixel 4 xl?

I have a Google pixel 4 xl brand new just before Christmas.
I got this charger for Christmas and I see it flip flops from charging to not charging. Before bed I make sure it's connected and shows "charging wirelessly" and I wake up in the night and it hasn't charged at all or only little bit.

Lovely Desk Candy

When I learned of this product I knew I had to have one (or more). I really like unique, products, something I can put on my desk that is useful but that some one entering my office will look at and comment on. Ding, this does the trick. It's very attractive, and natural looking, holes in the stone, different colors in the rock. Even better it charges my phone fast. And the cord is very well made, it's even attractive, much nicer than white or black plastic. The bottom is covered in a nice felt that won't scratch my desk, and it's got enough heft to stay where it's put. I could not be happier with my new acquisition.
I would recommend this to a friend!
