I do not understand why best buy still sell it. I will not buy anything from best buy.

Good inexpensive tablet

It's a fully functional Android tablet for $80 and does everything it claims to do. Sure the display, touch and processing is a little rough but you can't beat the price. Using it as a touch music player set into an antique stereo cabinet and it works great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I ordered the tablet just better than 2 weeks early for my daughter's birthday due to shipping times usually being pretty bad and pkgs usually late due to covid, to my surprise, it arrived in 2 days, this was July 28th....I opened the box on Aug 13, the day before my daughters birthday to set it up and it was dead. Wouldn't charge or turn on.....called best buy to do a return, and they said it was past the 14 days....the website said 30 day return.....had to call the manufacturer, luckily they are sending me a new one, but now it will be an extra one as I had to run out first thing in the morning and buy a new tablet for my daughter so she would have a birthday gift, which for me the closest store to buy one was an hour and a half away.....the tablet itself is decent for the price as my other daughter has one, but I will not be shopping at best buy again.....even after explaining that i ordered a little early due to covid, I was basically told 'too bad, can't help you'....not cool best buy......again, the tablet, once the new one arrives, is decent for the price and works pretty good and the battery lasts about 5 hours on average, like I said my other daughter has one so I would recommend it for newer users or ppl who are just wanting to watch YouTube or surf the internet, but would NOT recommend getting it from best buy
