HP’s restrictions takes the enjoyment out of buying their products. The forward restrictions in place by HP prevent consumers from buying other brands. It’s an obvious play that tarnishes a brand that has been such a big part of home computers. This oft griped about fact will influence my brand choices down the road unfortunately. The cartridge works as it should but I also don’t have a choice.
I have had problems with the paper feed when trying to scan 30+ documents. The feed takes more than 1 page at a time. I also have had problems with the printer connection. I get an "offline" error. I have had to deinstall and reinstall. I never had these problems with my HP laser jet printer
RECENTLY PURCHASED BUT HAVE NOT USED THE CARTRIDGE AS YET. WHAT I AM FURIOUS ABOUT IS THAT WHOEVER DELIVERED THE PACKAGE LEFT BOTH CARTRIDGE BOXES WERE LEFT OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN AND THE BOXES WERE SOAKING WET! I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF THE CARTRIDGES WERE/ARE WATER LOGGED WHEN WE OPEN AND ATTEMPT TO USE/LOAD THEM INTO THE PRINTER. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TO LEAVE ON THE ROAD IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN THE POURING RAIN WITH NO ATTEMPT TO PUT ON COVERED PORCH--2 OF THEM!! UNABLE TO ANSWER REST OF QUESTIONS, BUT YOU NEED A DIFFERENT DELIVERY CO. IT HAS BEEN FRUSTRATING TO ATTEMPT TO FIND THESE CARTRIDGES IN THE FIRST PLACE AND NOW THIS!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When one buys a printer from you, one should be able to get the toners that go with it. I was able to get yellow, but the other colors weren't available - so I can't print anything!!! I don't just print in yellow! VERY frustrated.
