The quality of the scanned file is quite dependent on the lighting and what the background is. The colors are rarely true to the original There doesn’t seem to be an adjustment for a scan done outside vs one doing inside a building where the light source is white different.

Sure the ink works fine but it is extremely costly. They put a microchip on it to talk to the printer so you can’t buy much cheaper aftermarket ink. Requires four color ink, so you come very close to the price of the whole printer every time you buy all four colors.
