Software no longer connects

This worked great until I upgraded to an iPhone 12 Pro. Now the software does not connect to the printer and there is no other software that can be used. They just released a software update to the app and it didn't fix a thing.

Works perfectly fine, for all the people saying that they ca t find the ink for it, look up Canon XS-20L, those give you the ink and photo sheets

A MAJOR step up from other portable printers

I got a pocket printer (from a two letter brand) a few years ago as a gift. I loved the idea of a portable printer I can slip into a bag and print straight from my phone. The BIGGEST problem I had with that one is the image quality. These days, I just want clear, high quality images that last.
The SELPHY is the best of both world! It’s slightly bigger but still super light and portable. But the image quality, it’s just WOW. How does something so small print photos like this? Setup is super easy, and I print straight from my phone. Sometimes I use Instagram or VSCO to edit first, and it comes out gorgeous.
I couldn’t be happier. Oh, and one thing I didn’t know: INK comes with the paper! I bought extra photo paper and was so surprised.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing little printer with flawless photos

I just got mine (pink!) yesterday and have been in love! First, when you take this thing out of the box, you can feel the quality right away. It has a built in battery so it's completely wireless, which I love coming from a giant printer.
I printing some family photos straight from my phone and it looked so professional! I don't understand how they got images to look this good from such a small printer. It's easy to use and is really pretty on my desk. Love!

I have the HP Sprocket, the Fujifilm link, & the newest edition to tiny photos: Canon Selphy Square Q-10. Hands down, the picture quality and color is unbeatable, the others don’t even come close! And, best part- they are waterproof, and they last 100 years!

APP does not work!

The new updated app does not work. Its not uploading any pictures. Fix the APP! It use to work before the update. If the app does not work then the printer is useless.

The App Don't Work Don't Buy!

The app is the only way you can print. Go to the app store and read the reviews before buying. So upset, Ive been wanting this printer for 6months and was a surprised gift. Now it's useless because the app doesn't work.
The cannon developers is doing nothing about the complaints.
