This is my first HRM

This is my first HRM wearable not being a watch that I've used. So far, I've really enjoyed wearing and using the TICKR HRM. Compatibility wise, I pair it with a wahoo ELEMNT Bolt for my bike ride and it instantly links as soon as I turn on the ELEMNT Bolt. I am also able to pair with my Garmin Fenix 5 for my runs which was a surprise with it being a different brand, this too automatically connect to my watch. Overall, the the TICKR Heart Rate Monitor is a great tool for all the sufferfest activities I get myself into.

Started off okay but now

Started off okay but now it drops my heart rate frequently. I was on a threshold run yesterday and the last mile my heart rate read in the 80s for the whole mile. My true heart rate was in the 170’s or 180s.
Very frustrating. All the software is up to date and whatnot.
This thing drops all the time. Wish I would have gone with a garmin.

Can’t get it to transmit

Can’t get it to transmit to my iPhone accurately or consistently. I have changed the battery, updated the firmware and it’s still a pain in the ass.

I bought the Wahoo TICKR heartrate monitor to use with the Wahoo Elemnt Bolt. It was easy to set-up and it doesn't miss a beat. It is a good quality heart rate monitor. I would buy again. Great purchase!
