I have a pretty expensive

I have a pretty expensive (to me) sports watch with heart rate monitoring on it. Didn't read well and didn't read on Sufferfest. On the other hand, TICKR was a breeze to pair , is very accurate and displays on Sufferfest. Usual Wahoo first class ordering ease and support.

Hard time syncing

It has a hard time syncing to my rower, going out of sync on the full extension, about 6 feet away from the screen.
It does fairly better on the Peloton but it definitely isn’t the best. It’s a solid O.K. piece of equipment.
I’ve found my polar wristband to do a better job.

It does what it’s supposed to do. Nothing more. Nothing less. Can’t think of anything negative to say about it. The strap is long enough to go around me chest. Once on, I forget I’m wearing it. Seems to be accurate too.

Looks good & comfortable. But noticed that the blue LED continuously blinks despite its been hrs since last used. Don't know how much it will affect the battery life. Occasional disconnetion in between virtual rides and wont auto reconnect unless you cancel your ride and reconnect the signal again fr whichever cycling app your using. Positive side is the simultaneous Bluetooth (laptop) & ANT+ (bike comp or watch) connection.

While I’m new to the TICKR I am very satisfied with how it works and all the information I can get on the Wahoo app. I did have a couple of problems with artifact causing an inaccurate high HR value and one giving a HR undercount. This seems to be a problem with the position of the sensors and solved with repositioning. I do wish there was a symbol to flash with each QRS detected so I could tell what is being counted.
