Ticker sucks!

I'm a recreational cyclist,and the Ticker came part of the bundle. Less than a year,and only about 600 or 700 miles of riding HR Monitor went crazy showing out of wack numbers. For example,before i leave for a ride it would show my HR 240 or some reall

Great product, solid company

This was a present for a friend. I’m had my own TICKR for a few years, and when one of the snaps broke, WAHOO promptly replaced the unit. This type of customer service is becoming a rarity but now I’m a loyal WAHOO customer.

Broke after the third use, contacts can be moved and you can see it start to work, otherwise doesn’t recognize any sensor data. Stop selling bad stock to your customers.

Not working reliably.

Having all kinds of trouble getting this new tickr to pair with my Wahoo Bolt head unit. Now I need to call support, likely for an exchange. Have tried the reset trick which helped, but pairing is only about 50% of the time without a lot of messing with it.
