Stopped working within 10 days

Stopped working within 10 days (so did my other two TICKR heart rate straps) due to the Texas humidity (even though they are hung after rides to dry). No heart rate data for nearly two months now...

Tickr Problems

Some days it works as well as my old Polar H-10. Other days the heart rate is jumping all over the place. I have to do the battery flip to reset it too often. Initially I paired it to my Apple Watch via Bluetooth. I was told that will create interference, so I unpaired it. The Roam and Tickr are paired via ANT+, and yesterday the heart rate would go fro 137 to 105 as I was accelerating. Maybe I can use a comprehensive explanation as to how to use this device independent of the Apple Watch, which I wear to measure my all day activity, but this has become frustrating. On a positive note, the Roam V.2 is great.

Durability is not very good, this monitor usually last less than 6 months. Every time I replace battery there is rust inside.

This is my third ticker my first would never pair with WIFI. My second lasted 6 months I replaced my strap twice. Then the battery cap broke. My husband is also on his third one and multiple straps. His first two corroded from the amount of sweat and then mud got inside from a gravel race he rode.

not worth the hype

It always has little slip ups while I’m riding. It’ll say my hr is significantly lower than it is for just about a minute, then it goes back to normal.

Great functionality

Connects seamlessly to multiple devices including my fitness watch and my Wahoo Roam. Have had no instances with dropped connections and have started to really focus training with this data.
