Broken with months

I bought the chest strap in February of ‘23, it is now April ‘23. It broke within a couple months of purchasing. This is my third one, the others have died six months to a year of wearing. I was really hoping it was going to last. I love the product I’ve bought it three times I just really wanted it to last.

Device broke within a week

The device within a week of opening the box up had rust in the inside and killed whatever electronics inside from working along with the battery it came with. Really disappointing

Very unhappy with a loss of heart rate data during an Ironman!

The product stopped working during my Ironman bike ride and I lost my heart rate reading for most of my ride. Luckily I was able to rely on my power meter. I need to have a conversation with customer service about this as I was very disappointed that I did not have my data at the most critical point.

Great Product! Wear this all the time while cycling indoors or outdoors.
The product is paired with my Garmin bike computer and my Zwift cycling program. I am 66 years old. It is important to me to monitor my heart rate while cycling. Thanks for a Great product.
