The battery cap has cheap

The battery cap has cheap tabs that were broken from day one. The battery would not keep contact, so it kept not working. After buying a new battery to if that was the issue, I realized what the problem was. I taped it together with duct tape, and it has been working. Should have sent it back, but didn't have time.

I had an older wahoo HR monitor that worked great for years. When it kicked the bucket, I bought this one. It connected to my watch immediately but would not give me a HR reading. I tried every possible position on my chest but it did not work. I finally got frustrated and returned it. I had to pay for the shipping back.
