Only as a backup.

I don’t like heart rate chest straps. They are all uncomfortable and the added accuracy, if it’s still a thing, doesn’t come close to making up. I only bought this as a backup for those days (usually a race day!) when my Tickr Fit arm band randomly decides it doesn’t want to work.

Replacement TICKR

Product works well, when it works. If I was basing this review on my initial impressions after having used the strap for a couple weeks I would give it a 5. This is however a replacement of a TICKR strap that quit working properly so my overall impression of the product is based on both straps and I would rate them a 3. The original strap started sending abnormal HR data, would quit sending any data. Changed batteries multiple time. Went through the troubleshoot process multiple times. I debated purchasing another brand but when it came down to it I liked my first TICKR when it worked and felt it was a good value.

Works fine. It does like batteries, but the size used is readily available and easy to change. I don't like to ride without it.
