The TICKR was easy to pair to both Wahoo and non-Wahoo devices. I love that it has the LEDs so you can actually see if it's getting a reading, unlike many other devices that leave you guessing. Accuracy seems to be on point from what I can tell. Overall, very satisfied.

Appreciate the accuracy and dependability of the unit. Tested the accuracy against a blood pressure instrument and it was right on the number with heart rate. The delay of rising heart rate is about 3-4 seconds in my calculation. It would be nice if technology could close the gap. I am not fond of the strap with the two buckles. They seem to catch my tight base layer when pulling over the strap.

Problem

It's ironic that you reached out. The new sensor you sent me isn't reading accurately at all. During intervals yesterday reading 90 bpm. When I got home during cool down it read a consistent 155. I took pulse and I was at 82. Put on tickr that I had misplaced then found after the new one arrived and it signaled 82 as well. I need to exchange it. Please advise.

Don’t bother

Usually doesn’t work. Reads 80 bpm in the middle of a high intensity workout, then jumps 40-50 bpm. Totally unreliable. Why bother?
