worked for one use. battery compartment is insecure so keeps dropping out. generally bulky and poor build quality. it was a mistake to buy this

As a PC and windows user I found trying to pair this to zwift TERRIBLE, it shouldn't be this difficult. Tech support answer is always is "signal interference with in the home not a software issue.

Does not pick up heartbeat right away.

The device works fine when it works but it takes at least 10min into the workout for it to start picking up heartbeat. I tried wetting it to different degree with no change. Bought 3 of them for friends and same issue on their side.

Love it, but it’s very annoying to have to wait for it to connect to the bolt or element, changed battery, did restart and doesn’t connect as fast as would like it to but it’s great when it works!
