Out of Warranty

It worked well for a year and 3 months, then died. I contacted Netgear, they said it had a one year warranty and I was out of luck.

Important Detail I Wish I Had Known

I read the descriptions and thought the modem could run off a mobile hot spot (LTE networks) but this is not the case. If you plan to use the CIM card in your phone you would need to remove it and install it in the modem for it to work.
