I got my think pad a few days ago. So far I feel as if it's a very nice lap top. The speed is nice, and so far does all that I need it to do. Haven't had the chance to figure it all out or seen what it all offers yet, but all do in time. The battery life isn't as good as I hoped for especially that I haven't downloaded anything into the computer nor have I worked on it for long periods of time. It claims to give you a good battery life per charging so I am just not sure if I am doing too much (I'm really not though). I hope it'll last me a long time because for my first laptop I think I will be a very good investment.
I like the look of it. The keys are so nice and smooth. I'm trying to figure out the "mouse pad" I feel it is a little sensitive. I'm sure I will perfect it once I've had it for a little while longer.
The only "down fall" I'd say is no matter how clean your hands on this is a finger print magnet. No matter how many times I try to clean the screen or the lap top itself it still has smudges.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up. Screen has an excellent display. Sound is good. All hardware and software appears to work (as opposed to my earlier purchase of a Lenovo computer, which displayed the blue screen of death on initial setup - I had to return it!).
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Almost the same profile as something like a Chromebook, but as much capability as a laptop. It's perfect for the kind of sketching and painting I got it for!
It plays some games like World of Warcraft and League of Legends at a decent framerate, but don't expect to play graphic-intensive games.
Note: It's a little heavy to use as a tablet, but it's perfect for drawing at a coffee shop table.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This computer is so functional and fun! I definitely recommend to anyone whom needs to use this for multiple functions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third ThinkPad over the years, and this one is actually for my son, who wants to be a writer. I feel like ThinkPad's have the best keyboards of any laptop and I am a fan of the red dot (and the red nub). I also appreciate that they are not filled with useless software, (aka bloatware) that I don't want/need slowing my PC down. This little unit has a great touchscreen, and the stylus is very nice as well. It will do everything except play top end games, which is why this is a productivity (or business) PC and it will keep you focused on getting things done.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sleek, durable, and fast comp. You can modify and amp it up if you like. This is what i liked the most. It is customizable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This laptop meets all my needs in a compact light machine... I like the push buttons on the mousepad (when I’m not using an external mouse) and the stylus is especially sensitive.
