Maybe got a lemon, maybe not

I have had nothing but problems since having my laptop for six months. The finger scanner does not work, it shuts down randomly or when I plug in the charger while on a video call, I have lost word documents simply by closing and reopening my laptop, and now the camera has randomly stopped working. I have tried every video and website to fix it, and nothing has worked. I'm really disappointed with this laptop after doing so much research and spending so much money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
