This is the second Yoga L13 that I've purchased. I returned the first after seeing the blue screen of death 5 times in one day. It also repeatedly told me that the power cord was not plugged in, even though the icon showing it charging was displayed in the tray. The laptop would get very hot also. I've had the second laptop for only two days, and after putting it to sleep to step away for a bit, when I returned it would not start up again and the power button was flashing. Information online suggested that I remove the battery! I was able to start it again via a hard reset by holding the power button down for several seconds. I then got a message that the power cord was not plugged in, even though it was plugged in and fully charged (again!). As a teacher trying to deliver my class online, I can't afford the time or energy to work without a reliable and fully functioning laptop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly what you would want. Ready to go. Right size. Great speed. My wife uses this laptop for a variety of needs. It is simple and easy to use with great graphics.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the versatility of the Yoga L13 Laptop. Tablet mode is great for watching shows on a high quality screen. I also like the sturdy build and connectivity that is disappearing from other laptops.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great solid laptop, love the keyboard and trackpoint better than any other mousepad situation on laptops. I also love the multiple ports included like HDMI. However, the batter life could be better, or I would give a 5 star review.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been searching for a new laptop for some time with my mind set on getting a Dell XPS after a short run with a noisey HP. The size I wanted was out of stock and the other options were more than what I wanted to pay considering the use. I saw this in the store first and liked the screen and weight. Keyboard is nice. Lots of ports and quiet. Giving it 4 stars because I haven't used it enough but so far I like it.
