[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is unsightly, ungainly, and unreliable. Design is from 1996 and the screen is somehow smaller. It's already giving me problems with opening applications and I've had it only 5 days. WHY CAN'T I OPEN CHROME?????

It you loved ibm thinkpads, this one continues the same aesthetic. It’s hard to quantify for me, but this one made me a fan of thinkpads all over again. Know if your model comes with Windows 10 pro or not, and make sure you get an Ethernet adapter if you need to plug into a network at work. This model does not include one in the box. Blown away why they don’t include one for a business-oriented machine like this.
