Keypad started heating up upon first use - so hot it was almost burning my fingers. Called to process an exchange, now two weeks later still haven’t received a new working computer. My husband bought a new Lenovo at the same time and his just completely died within a few days. Dead motherboard. He’s received his replacement though...

I needed something to replace my seven year old Surface Pro that would work well with all of the online meetings and classes I found myself in after the pandemic. I have not been disappointed. It's thin and light weight so I can carry it with me from room to room. The webcam, the mic, and the sound are all good quality. The keyboard has a nice feel. I use it primarily for writing and for meetings. I also like that the screen is slightly bigger than the Surface Pro.
