Fun but not the best

The phone won’t stop spinning when I lay it down to read things, so that’s a big downside. It’s also near impossible to take it off the base to swap out for a non-spinning top. Some design fixes would be a good choice to make this product better.

Love it, but it leaks.

I’m currently on my second Tidepool Galaxy Purple pop socket, and unfortunately, both have leaked. The tiny air bubble grows and grows until it gets to a point where there’s very little to no water, which ruins the snow globe effect.

I definitely don’t NEED this but it’s well made and very neatly displays all of my popsockets. I had been keeping them in a box in their original packaging so this is a huge upgrade.

Color is not accurate to photo

The quality of the pop socket is nice, but the color is not accurate to the photo. The pop socket in the photo looks like true gold but in person, it is more of a rose gold color. I am disappointed as the pop socket does not match my case as I had hoped.

I am really disappointed. The first one I ordered the material in the pop socket actually moved. Over the years it stopped moving. I ordered a replacement and can't tell the difference from the old one. Disappointed.

Making me pay for my own return???

Hi, I bought two of these pop sockets because they looked good and I assumed they would help stand your cell phone like all the others, but no it does not! It totally collapses every time.
Now they are making me pay for the return of these items even though it’s their fault their product is faulty? What kind of business model is this? 1 star for sure.
