Nice Peace of Mind

I have several placed around my ranch. Does what it advertised. Well built. Simple to use. Highly recommend formatting your SD Cards and uploading the firmware before installation or it won't work right. Wish it would automatically upload HD photos of people or vehicles, when selected, just in case the camera is ever stolen. Wish it had the ability to communicate with the network so I could upload new settings regardless of the mode it's in. I'd buy again. Great customer service.

Terrible quality, always require firmware updates

I bought 3 a few months ago and have nothing but trouble constantly. The customer service representative cannot speak English. Good enough for you to understand them. They wanted me to extract files. Download files etc for a firmware update. I am not a computer genius. So I cannot do that. They said if I cannot do that there is nothing they can do.
Also, the solar panels are so small that you have to get an upgrade or the batteries will keep constantly dying. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these cameras as possible!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ability to take a photo remotely.

The camera is great but my only hope is that may be in the future with a firmware update, they will allow you to trigger the camera when you want. For example, if my alarm goes off at my cottage and I want to see what is happening at the present time, I don’t think I am able to force the camera to take a picture.

You should be able to turn the camera on and off from your phone when you enter your property and when you leave your property!

Hello, Bill. Thanks for your evaluation! I am sorry currently users will need to turn off the camera manually. But you can set the schedule so the camera only take pictures in a certain time period. Please find this setting on the app under the 'Advanced option'. Thank you. -SW

Cost-effective, reliable piece of mind!

These cameras (I currently have 19) are a great addition to my security coverage. They are deployed across many construction project sites in New York City and are a great way to get real-time information to the roving guards on the ground. The AI is reliable in detecting human forms and getting immediate notifications to my guards on patrol.

This is my 3rd and last camera from VOSKER. Same problems as the other two missing pictures terrible connections, batteries dead all the time and the support line is terrible.
