I've always loved my Bug lite!

I've had it at least three years now and I let the battery die and tucked it away. Found it's feet and put in new batteries today but was disappointed when it wouldn't stay on. So GLAD I found where you said to reset by holding down button 15 seconds, cause I'd disassembled it all and couldn't find a fix. Now my bug works perfectly again, Thanks!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Received a BugLit for Christmas. I am a hospice nurse and this little guy comes in very handy. It shines light in the most awkward places. It's bendable legs makes it one of my handiest tools. Makes a great useful gift for anyone!

After writing my original review, Brian from NiteIze Customer Service followed up with very simple instructions on how to bring my Buglite to life again. It is working great and is really useful for so many tasks. Thanks to Brian and the team for following up quickly to remedy the problem I experienced.

I love this light. It "Lives" on the screen of my notebook computer. I use it to light my keyboard at night when I need to see the keyboard. It also makes it handy during power failures because I always know where it is!

My son and I both have one of these little lights - they are great. Just replaced the batteries in one and didn't remember about resetting it, was able to look up information on line and everything is working once again. Great Product ! would definitely recommend to others

Have had a bug for years and finally had to replace batteries. Was seriously disappointed when the light would no longer stay on. Found this website and read where other people had the same issue and your response on how to fix... Hooray!!!!! Works like brand new.... Love your products...... My dog does now too!!

Battery Change information is essential

I love my bug lite and when I changed the batteries I was disappointed to find that is was stuck in momentary mode. I came to the website to buy a new one and read the review response about holding the button for 15 seconds to reset. Very happy to have it back in operation!
