can't get help

My puppy outgrew the collar and I want another piece of the optic plastic but can't get an answer as to whether that's possible.

Great Collar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The NiteDog Rechargeable collar is one tough made collar. It's all nylon, with metal buckle, brass grommets for the buckle. The lighted feature is bright, so you can keep track of your dog. The light starts to fade if my dog gets out to about 50 or 60 yards. The recharge feature is great so more batteries to buy. It is a great collar that I will be getting again. So if you want a tough collar look into one of these you want go wrong!!

Love this collar, it is so bright!! I had the old version with batteries and this far surpasses it. The first full charge lasted about a week, I use it for about an hour a day. I also left it on all night after a week of using and it was still glowing bright in the morning. Highly recommend, I bought one for my neighbors dog too, he loves it!

I run with my dog early mornings and I have never felt more visible. I thought flashing mode would be somewhat irritating but it most definitely wasn’t. As soon as we got started I couldn’t believe what I saw. I will never be without one of these collars.

Makes it easy to spot the pooch after dark

If you are lucky enough to be able to let your dog about without a leash, consider getting one of these light up collars. Dog doesn't mind it at all. Makes it easy to keep an eye out for the pooch after dark.
My wife usually gives me the "look" when I get a new Tech Toy. She loves this one!
