My cover has come off twice.. Now it is broken... Is there anyway I can get a new cover? Not sure how it is going to work now. I use it most days and sometimes twice. I do like it. Dentist said I needed it. Thank you for your reply to me.

Works great! Teeth feel clean

I like the options on this air water combo flosser. Auto or manual bursts, plus an option of 1 to 3 bursts. The bursts really do get more out than I would have expected. So easy without all that water from the water pic. I read some critical points with it spraying and wondered if it would be a mess but I have no issues with messes. It is just like a toothbrush, pull it out of your mouth while it is running and it is going to go everywhere. I would definitely recommend! My only wish... that it would lay on counter for easier filling like my toothbrush that would make this awesome!
Pros: auto bursts
Cons: won't lay flat for filling

This was given as a birthday gift but it is exactly what I wanted.
As stated instructed my teeth and gums look and feel so much better looking forward to my next dental checkup.

The product is not working after 2 month

The air flosser worked excellently for about 2 months, but it quit working all together. It charges fully, but will not work. I have tried researching the Philips.com site for help to troubleshoot the problem. I can not find any information on the site to help with the problem
Pros: it cleaned well.
Cons: it quit working after 2 months of purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Compact and effective but poor battery

Excellent cleaning / flossing performance, easy to use and dual voltage charger very useful - however this is the fourth model I have had in two years - the previous products all failed after a few months with battery failure. I hope this one does better.
Pros: great design
Cons: poor reliability
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for flossing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned several air flossers since it’s been offered. What I like most about the flosser is you can use mouthwash instead of water. There are from one to three pulses of which I use the maximum because I like to thoroughly clean between the teeth. The air power is strong. Could be a tad stronger. But, not important. I’ve been a religious user of waterpiks and now the air floss. I’m sticking with this!
