there's a reason this brand name rings a bell

As a musician, Sennheiser is a brand I know and trust. They make quality mics, and the quality continues here. Earbuds sound great, controls are easy and intuitive to use, and phone calls are crisp and clear (they are, after all, a mic brand). My two gripes are: 1) As noted in other reviews, the cord is a couple of inches shorter than it should be; and, 2) The instruction manual advertises a Sennheiser Android app that lets you fine-tune EQ settings, but the app has pretty much no features for this model yet.
PS: A great choice for those who have trouble finding earbud tips that are too small as it comes with an extra-small set.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the second pair of these headphones that I have bought in 3 months. The headphones sound and function was great for about a month. After that the headphones kept shutting down while I was using them and sometimes not turning back for a day. I tried charging them, but it does not do anything. Now it has been several day and the headphones will not turn on, lights won't even flash. Considering these headphones are $100, it is very frustrating and really a rip-off since they only last a month.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wanted to love these and I tried really hard to find a way. They constantly tangle around your neck. They fall off and slip to one side way too often. The cord is too long and the controls/thing on the other side are too heavy! I'm not sure how anyone gets enjoyment out of these unless they sit perfectly still in one location while using.
Sound is great though.

These earbuds have great sound and are comfortable in the ears. I had a set of Bose but i found they weren’t comfortable wearing. They always had to adjust them in my ears so they would stay in. These are a lot smaller and they have the different sized rubber cushions to keep them secure.
I would recommend this to a friend!

very disappointed!
First the left ear completely shut down then a month later the right one went so quiet
the sound quality was ok but very poor durability !
