Poor quality

I have had this stove for 5 months and the finish is coming off and staining, the burners don't shut off when the pots are lifted up like it is supposed to and one burner keeps shutting itself off during cooking. I will be phoning to have this addressed but I am sure it will be to no avail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came brand new with my house and I love the ease of using it and learning the features. It's easy to hand clean although I haven't used the auto clean feature yet. I like that it's got 2 larger burners on top for cooking big meals also

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and I really like it. I had a glass top and hated it. This stove has a nice large oven and viewing window. Self cleaning, a warming feature, kitchen timer, and more. The only thing I don’t like is that it has like a wax or something on it so it’s not easy to wipe without looking smeared even using product to cut grease splatter. Otherwise I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am adjusting to the new burners. It is an interesting design and I hope they last a long time. I imagine they are expensive to replace. The temperature settings are different than my old 20 year old range, I think it will be fine after I adjust. I have tried the broiler. It got hot but did not turn red, there does not seem to be a broiler light on the display panel showing that it is on. The drawer is flimsy and is not level. I need to determine if I can level it or ask for a replacement. I hope it is repairable and not headed to the dump. The sides of the drawer are short and items can easily fall out the back. Hopefully the drawer is improved in the future. Due to pandemic shortages I purchased this sight unseen. And could not reject the drawer in a store. I will recommend with the warning to check everything before bringing it home. I can a lot and this is a dilemma with damage that can be done if you use a canner with uneven bottom or one that is much larger than the burner. This seems to be an issue with new electric stoves. I hope someone comes up with alternative canning options such as a safe element that will hold a larger canner. This would have to be separate from the stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had always cooked with gas and wasn’t sure I’d like the electric range. So far I’m loving it. It’s easy to clean and heats up quickly. Love that the light in the oven comes on when you open the door. So many ranges don’t do that anymore. Another plus is that is is Whirlpool. Good quality!
