Nice, basic stove/oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove after my second GE product stopped working. I wanted a basic stove/oven. So far, it is working perfectly. The oven and elements heat right up. I like that it shows when elements are on, and hot. I am glad the measurements were accurate. I have a 30" space for the stove, and it left 1/8" on each side.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Main reason for 4 stars instead of five - handle (cap) for oven door latch while only 3 days of use “popped off” & rolled into the oven door, & I heard it roll all the way down. There is no way to retrieve that but also doesn’t seem to affect anything else. So, aside from the oven door latch issue, I’m happy with the range. Takes a little getting used to the digital “sounds” as they aren’t very loud (which is fine by me) but someone hard of hearing might not hear it well enough. Overall performance is good. Surface top seems to get a lot hotter, (between the coils) but the digital readout does give a fair warning that it’s “hot”. And, it’s not just hot, it’s very hot.
I would recommend this to a friend!
