Good Basic Range

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This Whirlpool range is exactly what we were looking for: a good basic range. The elements and oven heat up quickly and maintain a steady temperature. We haven't experienced any of the intermittent heating of the stovetop elements that have occasionally been mentioned by others; the element design is different than what is shown on the Whirlpool website — perhaps the design has been recently changed for the better. The controls are easy to use, and the oven temperature display is clear and informative. So far, the range has been easy to keep clean, too!

Worse drip pans I've ever owned

I bought this range in Jan 2022. In a matter of months my drip pans crumbled under the heat. The burners will not cook on high long enough to make candy. It turns down the heat automatically. Deep frying anything is difficult. Its constantly going from high to low heat. Ive had stoves that the drip pans have lasted for 10 years. These are horrible just months later. So dissatisfied!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost exactly like my old one of 19 yrs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It, of course has more updated digital features but looks and cooks great! My old one was 19 yrs. old. This is my 1st WHIRLPOOL stove. The salesman Chazz gave exceptional service and very knowledgeable. The delivery man, Sean (or Shawn spelling) was right on day delivery and friendly and efficient. The only negative I have was the 1 customer service guy ( not going to name) was a bit incompetent when I called with a question. The staff greated me as soon as I entered and store looked well laid out and clean. I went to them rather than the big local store in Medford even tho a bit more expensive but it's local and I would recommend them .

Sensitive Pressure on Range Burners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If placement of pan or pot on the burner range not equalized, the burner turns off/on and have to re-arrange item so burner properly continues to function.
