Good performance for the value. Only used for office work. One problem is that any static electricity when touching the desk or anything on it makes them flash off for a few seconds. Pretty disappointed in that

Monitor stays White doesn't even turn on when you press menu

We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused.
If the monitor is stuck in white, it must be in self-test mode, You need to go back to the monitor menu to go out of this mode. You need to select the correct input source and the correct video cable is connected to a working video port on the PC. Also, check if the port and video cable are working properly. Please download the User's Manual posted at: https://www.asus.com/me-en/supportonly/va249he/helpdesk_manual?model2Name=VA249HE on how to set it up correctly.
