Not at all what I expected

Pretty disappointed by this product. How it's pictured in the product images and what it actually is doesn't align at all. You have to use velcro straps to actually put on your knee, rather than slip on your knee (which is the expectation when viewing the product).
I'm also not sure what value this product is bringing to my pre-routine / post-routine recovery. The warming feature is nice, but again there's nothing special about this product.
Also when opening the product there's no guidance on how to set-up / start using the product. There's no guidance provided on recovery either. Overall, a disappointing product. Much better products on the market for this price-point.
P.S. It just sounds like a beehive on my knee...

Oh my this has been wonderful for me. I can have a heating pad. While at work or working around the house. Being able to provide my injured knee with heat anytime has done wonders.. the vibration is very nice as well..
