Works great, love the ability for contrast therapy. The fans are a little loud being close to your ear, noise canceling headphones help.

Following a major shoulder surgery, my recovery lacked regular icing and heating of my shoulder. My shoulder was painful and ached regularly. Regular ice packs suck, so I didn't use them. The HyperIce shoulder wrap works great! Connecting easily to my phone through their app, the product is super easy to use with many settings to choose from. The cold is just the right amount of cold to allow one to go through the full 20 minute session without discomfort. The heating is great too. With the fully adjustable, wide, elastic straps with velcro, this unit will fit the great majority of body sizes. I highly recommend this product!
