Bad with Bulky Items, Problems before Two Years

I have had this washer for just over a year. The feature set is very nice, and it works well with most things. Bought this with large, bulky items in mind, though. It is terrible at balancing bulky items like comforters or just a couple of blankets. Plus, it has just stopped working properly after 1.5 years. Service call is in, etc. Ugh. I will likely go back to a front loader for bulky items and likely try something besides Whirlpool in the future.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I couldn't be happier

I couldn't be happier, this washing machine is so quiet, it can handle an oversized load with no issue and my clothes come out so clean. I highly recommend this whirlpool washer.

Received my machine 2 weeks ago after waiting over a month after purchasing but happy with it. The large drum is great for larger loads and the removable agitator is perfect for washing comforters or blankets
