Great features love WIFI connection

Poor agitation…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased, very unhappy with how the clothes are washed. The clothes on edge never get moved to the center to get washed clean. The motion doesn’t seem right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and good performance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the washer/ dryer combo about 2 years ago. We just installed it as of July this yr. It was stored and secured in original packaging till the house was built. The washer lid bracket recently broke in half. It's solid plastic and shouldn't be breaking. I'm trying to get the broken piece ordered and warranties. Overall, it is a solid washer with great capabilities!

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have recently purchased the matching washer and dryer set. It has many bells and whistles, most of which I have not explored. But I am overall happy with them. The one issue I have experienced is with the load balancing- seems to use more water than needed. Also- I do not know if it just has a spin feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited for this washer! However, the water level is below the clothes. They look wet, but not covered in water/detergent. Even if I choose deep fill, it still doesn’t cover the clothes. When spinning, the water somehow leaks out of the top (which is hard to believe when the water is so low!)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
