[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As it is a top loader without an agitator rod in the middle washing blankets and quilts is so easy and they come out soft and clean. It also automatically adjusts the amount of water needed according to the size of the load which saves a lit of guessing.

Well made and great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 27 years it was time for an upgrade. I was impressed with many of the features. In particular wifi capabilities and the load/go. The machine is able to determine the amount of soap needed based on the load and sends me notifications to my phone. The machine looks solid and well made. Hopefully is trouble free for many years.

Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought to replace my cabrio units. The washer works great. Cleans clothes well. Has many options. The load and go feature is nice. Love the fact I can control and check the status on my phone instead of walking downstairs to see where it’s at. Only one flaw. There has to be a better, stronger option for the locking clip. The cheap, flimsy piece of plastic broke off and I had to wait a week for the warranty man to come out. He fixed it in less than 3 minutes and says to be ready because they snap off all the time. Maybe try an aluminum or design a thicker latch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had these installed 1 week ago, easy operation, excellent cleaning, spin-dry leaves clothes nearly dry. Easy leveling, intuitive operation, less tech feel although it's there. Huge drum, deep water setting is great, and allows "select" cycles vs. others (pre-programmed). I love this washer/dryer so much!

I would have given 0 stars because of the customer service but I couldn’t. If you want a washer that doesn’t wash clothing, this is the washer for you! And if you are looking for a customer service that won’t replace the appliance that doesn’t wash right at all, well you are at the right place as well! I have repeatedly contacted customer service because my clothes comes out dirty, they told me to change soaps, I did!!!! 5 times!!!!! Still the clothes comes out with dirty spots. We bought this washer because we figured we would do less loads since it has such a big tub. But not at all what’s happening because I have to constantly rewash the clothing!!! And then there is the “unbalanced cycle “ which it can spend up to 7 hours refilling and empty itself if no one is home. Once again, thought I would be doing less loads, but when your washer keeps using water all day… that ain’t happening.
And then there is the “load & go” feature that you can’t even use because of the amount of soap it dispenses! Even at its lowest setting, it dispenses way too much. So your clothing comes out with “dirty mousse”
So No I would never recommend whirlpool. Thank you for all the extra washing I will be doing for all these years to come since whirlpool will not replace this washing machine!
