Doesn't remove stains

I brought this washer 2 months ago. Multiple times I noted the stains on shirts were not removed, seems like the load imbalances makes the machine stop working, which can not be fixed without turning off the load cycle and starting all over again, which is awful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s fine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s got all the cool features people want I guess but I should have gotten the 2 in 1 with the agitator. The impeller doesn’t get anything clean and the soap is left on the clothes.

not smart enough

Load and go feature is amazing

Would I loved to see how long machine been on pause such as pause since yesterday or so many hours on the app. Love the Load and go as well as favorite feature.

No pause notifications

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good, just when the load pauses, which has happened multiple times, it does not notify me that it paused. I wont know unless i check on the washer or when i check on the app wondering why I didn't get notified. Or when I hit a quick cycle for some reason, it will double the time time without notifying me.
