[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no issue with this washer. It has more space to fit larger loads. It also comes with lots of features with remote monitoring. The only thing I don't like is when stopping the wash cycle in between to add or remove the cloth it behaves differently and shows some error code.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love me a Whirpool Washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my washing machine a month ago and struggled with what brand to buy. I have had Whirlpool washers for the last 30 years but there are so many new brands and advancements in technology since my last purchase I wasn't sure which was the best purchase. I read the reviews and decided on the tried and true Whirlpool Washer and Dryer and I'm so happy I did. The new features are wonderful and easy to use. I love everything about my new washer except two things. 1.) The new locking mechanism on the lid has a plastic latch on the lid its self. I think this is a cheap up grade and prefer the old locking system better. #2.) The machine makes a whining noise on the washing cycle on the heavier loads. I'm not a fan only because I'm so close to the proximity of the washer ( with in a few feet) if I was farther away or when I remember to shut the door I don't hear it. All in all I'm in love with my new Whirlpool washer. I love the advancements and the new style of my Whirlpool washer my clothes are clean, fresh and wrinkle free!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Huge capacity. I read a lot of reviews, almost cancelled this order because it said it gets off balance with towels. I have not found balance problems at all. I have had huge loads, and tiny loads, it works great. I don't regularly write reviews, but felt this product was outstanding and I felt that Whirlpool should get the credit for a great design and outstanding features. I have had a Maytag and Kenmore front loader that I hated and decided to pitch the front loader model. So glad I did, I could tell the difference in my wash immediately, the clothes are cleaner and spun nearly dry sometimes. Thank you Whirlpool.I have owned it for about 1.5 months now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and the first time I washed my nice black dress shorts it had a bunch of white spots from the tide pod and it is very noisy.

Two issues I have encountered with the washer: Balancing the washing load requires more effort than for any other washer I have owned to date; Detergent dispensing device is difficult to monitor because it measures to detergent with very little accuracy ... "empty - add detergent," "50% full."
