Unexpected Efficiency

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Whirlpool Smart Top Load Washer after my 20+ years Kenmore broke down. I'm used to agitator washers, but there were none available. This was an emergency, so bought this model despite it having an impeller. I was pleasantly surprised at how good a job this cleans our clothes. Lots of different cycles. Automatic detergent dispenser (my husband loves this because he could never figure out how much to use) is a great feature. The machine "senses' the clothes you put in the washer and dispenses according to the load and the cycle chosen. Washed some towels last evening. After drying in my plain jane 20+ years old Kenmore dryer, I noticed they were super soft snd fluffy. Really pleased with the washer. All the features are great. You can connect the washer to your phone. We haven't tried it yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works pretty well. Sometimes it has issues sensing the load. Also does not connect to Wi-Fi which is why we bought it in the first place. The controls are also a hassle sometimes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Features of filling soap once

Good Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no issue with this washer. It has more space to fit larger loads. It also comes with lots of features with remote monitoring. The only thing I don't like is when stopping the wash cycle in between to add or remove the cloth it behaves differently and shows some error code.
