Quiet running washer

Love the built in sink.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this June 25, 2020 and received it February 10, 2022. So after 20 months of waiting I am glad I did. But after 16 wash loads the water valve went out waiting on part now.

Too touchy and sensitive

Love this machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this machine for a month now and it is great. It washes well, we can get regular loads in and out with ease, and the kids can figure out how to use it to wash their own clothes. The Load and Go feature is especially good for that. Still need a bit more time to figure out how to most effectively use the Wifi part but it works better than what we had even not using that feature yet.

Too Complicated!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were used to some relatively basic Whirlpool washers and dryers. This "smart" washer is just too smart. It's a washer that causes anxiety when using it. The owners manual is terrible. It should have an easy to read manual telling you what each button exactly does and there is nothing like that. If you forget an item and want to just throw it in once the wash starts, forget it...the cover is locked. Maybe there is a way to open it without shutting to whole cycle down but we havent found it and since no manual; no way to find out. It is a beautiful machine though, but give me a basic washer any day. I can't recommend it but that might be because Whirlpool didn't bother to provide a user friendly manual.
