I love love my new washer !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted this washer the minute I saw it. It has a clear window so you can view what is going on. It doesn’t have an agitator, and believe me, it isn’t needed. This washer gets up and goes! I love all the options.

Still learning all the ropes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I had an old-school washer before, this is my first high-efficiency washer, and I am finding it’s a little daunting to remember to push each button for each load, but it’s getting easier all the time. Also it takes a lot to get used to the low level of water and the fact that there is no soapsuds showing when things are washing. It appears that it is doing everything is supposed to do, and, given time, I’m sure it will be very easy to operate.

perfect for families!

The clothes are so clean, and the spin cycle does a great job of wringing everything out, requiring less dryer time. I also like the "load and go" feature, so that you don't need to touch a laundry detergent jug each load. I'm 5'4", and the washer is so deep that I use a grabber reacher to scoop up the clean socks etc at the bottom :) I hear a tune to let me know when the wash cycle is complete, which always brings a smile.
