So far, not so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy so far. Doesn't seem to put enough water in the machine. Impeller seems to beat the clothes rather than wash them. Tried using the "deep water" option and i might help a little. Clothes seem to get stuck on the impeller and not get pulled in to the water.
Too many options to use. Wish I still had my old machine. Too much "sensing" and not enough water to wash clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The load and go dispenser is great, and there is a ton of room in the tub. Sometimes the buttons don't respond though and I have to turn it off and on a few times which gets frustrating.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using for 2 months. It works great. Great selection of options. We have it on our main level and it is a little loud and on occasion, I think when it’s a large load, some water comes out the lid and there is a small puddle of water on the floor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my new washer for a couple of weeks now. 2 things - if you are short, you will need a grabber to get items out of washer bottom. I'm 5'6" and struggle for small items like socks. Second, I adore the ability to prefill soap, but I often wash delicate items and would like a choice of soap compartments (regular soap and woolite) Instead of the single 'load and go' that I have to disable and then physically pour into tub the alternate detergent. It would be cool if I could choose between 'load and go' prefill types. The prefill is super convenient.

Good concept… but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has so many cool features, but I am probably returning it. The power button works about 75% of the time when first pushing it. Will constantly say the detergent is running low or empty when there is plenty in the load and go.
