Large capacity, cleans well, user manual poor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this machine for about a month and I have not used all the features. I love the larger capacity. It does not have an agitator, but seems to clean ok. I don’t use the “Load and Go” feature because I use detergent pods and I guess that feature is not designed for those as there is nothing about how to use them with that feature in the user manual. The user manual is not very good. It is simply a chart that suggests which settings to use for what types of laundry. It does not give any indication of what the actual differences between the settings are. Also, the pre-soak function is not very good. It does not agitate at all, so if you are using a pre-soaking powder, you have to either use your hands to dissolve it or select another cycle, let it dissolve and fill, and then shut the machine off so the clothes can soak. Sometimes the “power on and off” panel does not respond to my touch, which is a pain. Overall, I think it’s a pretty good machine and I think I will like it as Iuse it more and get more familiar with it.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WONDERFUL and QUIET!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t say enough good things about this washer! It is large capacity, it is SO quiet, and it dispenses the correct amount of laundry detergent! It even lets me know when it is finished! (Now, if I could just get it to take it to the dryer and fold it, it would be PERFECT! LOL!) We are SO pleased with this purchase!
