[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this washer for several months. I like all the features, particularly Load ‘n Go. I give 4 vs 5 stars because I have to refer to the manual too often to remember how to use some of the modifications: increasing the soap level with Load ‘n Go for instance. So far, it’s been really good. It’s a big improvement over our old unit.

Works Great - so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the W/D set when our front-loader LG and Samsung each died after only 2 years. In both cases, parts were unattainable in any reasonable timeframe making their warranties unacceptable. So, we bought American for the availability of parts if something were to go wrong, because they will.
Performance - Features are excellent and clothes come out clean. Having no large agitator makes big items easier to load. A few clothes look a bit more faded than we remember which means the system may a bit rough. However, clothes, like Washers, aren't made with the same durability as they used to.
