Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One month after purchasing the water inlet valve went bad. Had to wait 2 weeks for certified repairman, whom happened to mention he luckily had the part on his truck or it would have been another week or two for it to be repaired. I wasn’t crazy about that, but I love everything about this washing machine. The buttons are easy to use, only have to load laundry detergent once a week, the tub size fits everything, and the clothes come out clean!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our previous Whirlpool washer and dryer 31 years ago. Recently, when our dryer finally decided it was time to take a permanent break, we knew we wanted to replace the set with another quality purchase from Whirlpool. The washer tub in our new machine is so ginormous that I have a little difficulty reaching items in the back of the tub, but that's a good thing! We are very happy with our purchase and hope for the same longevity we experienced with our original set. We love the increased load capacity and ease of use. We have a couple of suggestions meant to be helpful to the manufacturer. First, it would be a customer-friendly practice to include an "Affresh" sample with the purchase as we were quite surprised to see the notification on the machine's message display so soon after installation that informed us we needed to run the tub wash cycle and we should do so utilizing the product, "Affresh". Second, it would be helpful if an actual owner's manual was included when the machine was delivered. We did receive a "quick reference sheet" and an "installation guide" when our machines were delivered, however there was no mention as to the care of the machine in the quick reference sheet or the installation guide. We were able to locate the needed "machine use and care" info after doing an online search, but it would be nice to have the info on hand when the machines were delivered and installed. Overall, we are quite happy with our purchase and look forward to many years of happy laundering. Thanks, Whirlpool, for the great value and especially for being made in the USA!

Buttons are awkward
