Not a fan of this washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer because of the large capacity drum. I had originally had a front loader that I didn’t feel as if my clothes got clean. The inside had started to get mold that I couldn’t get clean. 90 percent of the time I use this washer, it says it’s unbalanced and I have to readjust the clothes....multiple times. It doesn’t matter if there a a couple towels or a larger load. I use powder and it leaves powder residue on the clothes and the side of the drum. It’s not user friendly at all. I never would have bought this washer had I had know how it performed. It barely agitates the clothes. The most annoying thing is the unbalanced drum though. You can’t just do a load of laundry before you leave the house. It has to be baby sat in case it gets stuck....and it will.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very quiet. Really large loads. Remote start.
Unappealing..... very techy. Too Many options for washing. Takes longer then previous washer to do
load. Stops when off-balance but didn't send alert.

Useless washer! WTW7120H

bought this in Dec 2020. the bulky items function does not work - sensing does not work. It was washing for more than 3 hours and stuck at the sensing. This seems to be a common complaint! So we can't wash blankets! I should have known this is a crap machine the first time I used it and "Whirlpool" tag got detached. The Whirlpool dryer is just as bad - clothes don't get completely dry. So much for made in America!
