Not what I ordered

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a Maytag and this washer came instead. It is loud, cannot set a favorite setting without app. It gets off balance a lot! I should have sent it back...

This is the most intuitive appliance!!

Has a learning curve for how lay clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a 15-year-old machine with an agitator. So far, I am not sure how I feel about the lack of agitator. It was a learning curve to figure out to lay the clothes in a "donut" shape, as though there were still an agitator, otherwise the clothes never fully move around the wash bin. On almost every load, there's at least one side where the piece of clothing never goes under the water so I have to stop and rearrange it after I've checked it 20 minutes later and that piece of clothing hasn't moved. I don't know. I like that it uses less water, has automatic detergent dispenser, but I feel like I am having to work a bit. BUT, that's only because the top is clear and I can see what's not getting washed. This could have been happening in my old washer and I never knew because the lid wasn't clear! I'm sure that one had its own issues. I love that it texts me through the app when done because I have an issue with forgetting about clothes in the washer. This has saved me! Big capacity but you can't fill it more than halfway or the appeller will not bring the top clothes under. Wish someone knew how to fix air bubbles in sheets! It makes them float, but I've learned that's an issue with most washers.
