It’s big that’s for sure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the top loader after having a front loader for 11 years and I wish I hadn’t. I was lured by a big capacity - imagining washing comforters and such- but it doesn’t really seem to clean them even when I max out the water fill. When it’s just washing clothes they seem to be agitated roughly and end up in very tight, twisted clumps that I pry apart to put in the dryer. The machine is also noisy as it agitates-like an old roomba vacuum. I wish I bought a front loader they just seem more gentle to clothes and the clothes get cleaner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Large capacity/ washer
