Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my washer a couple months ago. Love the capacity. It nice and quite. Have one issue with the spinning cycle. It shows the load is off balance a lot. It make you open the door and move the clothes around. If you don’t do this the washer will keep sensing off balance and continue to run. So it makes it hard to load and go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased on Feb 28th & installed March 11th. In the very beginning the instructions weren't very good. My first attempt was a no go. My husband had tried and finally figured it out. I had to study all that was written to get a feel for how it all works. I continue to reread to understand. Very disappointed with the instructions. I am very pleased with how much cleaner my washed items are compared to our former washer and dryer--both 2009 Whirlpool.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have been using Whirlpool appliances for 50 years now (yes anniversary was in January !
We moved to NC two years ago and just bought this set (definitely NOT happy with what the former owners left behind) and our new set was installed yesterday. I want to THANK YOU for making the Washer and Dryer big enough to even wash our quilts and blankets AND put them into the Dryer as well (one at a time of course.).... Now we don't have to go to the laundry-mat to put them in the crappy machines we can do them at HOME .... LOVE THEM!!! Thanks again.....
