Not worth getting the wifi feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wifi feature has to be turned on everytime. If you load the washer and turn the feature on and then wait more than 24 hours to start it, it won't work. I was going to be across town for a couple days and then I had 1 day to do laundry and get packed for a flight. I wanted to start it when I was just about home and I couldn't because it had been over 24 hours. Also, you have to subscribe for the wifi feature. After my 6 month trial I will probably cancel but I may have to keep it because it is so much easier to set up the cycle I want to use and change the temp and that I am using fabric softener...etc on the app then pressing all the buttons and menus on the machine. Also everytime you use the washer after the cycle the wifi feature turns off so you have to turn it back on. Also if you don't have it on high speed spin it leaves the clothes wetter then I would like. (My old machine low spin left them dryer than this one does at anything less than high)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Saves water and detergent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer a month or so and I am Very happy with the work it does. The clothes are clean and the spin cycle does a great job of water removal before clothes go into dryer. The automatic sensor of each load saves me water and laundry detergent I have noticed in both areas. The only problem with this washer is the inside drum is So Big I have to stand on a step stool and also hang over the side of the washer with my leg wailing in the air to reach socks and such from the bottom of the washer drum.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my washer a couple months ago. Love the capacity. It nice and quite. Have one issue with the spinning cycle. It shows the load is off balance a lot. It make you open the door and move the clothes around. If you don’t do this the washer will keep sensing off balance and continue to run. So it makes it hard to load and go.
